We are the reason

As little children we would dream of Christmas morn
Of all the gifts and toys we knew we’d find
But we never realized a baby born one blessed night
Gave us the greatest gift of our lives

*We were the reason that He gave His life
We were the reason that He suffered and died
To a world that was lost He gave all He could give
To show us the reason to live

As the years went by we learned more about gifts
The giving of ourselves and what that means
On a dark and cloudy day a man hung crying in the rain
All because of love
All because of love

*Chorus

I finally found the reason for living
It’s in giving every part of my heart to Him (every part to Him)
And all that I do every word that I say (you know I’ll be saying)
I’ll be giving my all just for Him, for Him (every thing for Him)

We are the reason that He gave His life
We are the reason that He suffered and died
To a world that was lost He gave all He could give (all that he could give all)
To show us the reason to live

#He is the reason to live
(don’t you know do you know the reason
that he came, oh he came to save us
when he gave his life for us) he suffered and died
To a world that was lost He gave everything (everything that He had He gave)
To show us the reason to live

Truth

Every morning has a new beginning, a new blessing, a new hope. It's a perfect day coz it's God's gift. Have a blessed, hopeful perfect day to begin with...

Oh my God! Where have I been ? I ain't been lost! I've been nowhere..lol*It's new year already and I haven't posted in this blog for centuries...so let's welcome me back!*wink* I'm going to rock this blog and make it the best blog in the world. Umm...let it be true...then I'll have joy in my heart. XD

Life is like a box of chocolates. Statements like, “This is true,” or “This is right,” are meaningless to some intellectuals, those who deny the possibility of absolute truth. They insist that truth is relative, that what is true for one may not be true for another, or what may have been true in the past is not necessarily true today. They claim that it’s all in the way you see it, and it really does not matter how you see it because, in the final analysis, nobody has any ultimate answers. Some would even say that life is a laugh, death is a bad joke, and everything is quite absurd. Want to know more about it? just visit http://bible.org/seriespage/let-god-be-true

By the way, I just added some songs in the mixpod playlist. BEAUTIFUL songs! Stay tuned to know what's going on! Before I forget, Happy New Year everyone! Make your new year resolutions and take actions!

TGIF!

The cross was two pieces of dead wood; and a helpless, unresisting Man was nailed to it; yet it was mightier than the world, and triumphed, and will ever triumph over it.

Wishing everyone a blessed Good Friday!

I need courage!

What I wanted most in life was to be brave, be confident enough. I wanted courage. I wanted to stand up to the things that scared me most and overcome them.

It is a similar situation that many people are in today. Some are called upon to face transitions in their careers, deal with divorce, face the possibility of losing someone they love, or to face a terminal illness. What I find is that people facing such challenges in life do not need more information like the scarecrow desired or a more compassionate heart like the tin man most wanted. They need courage to face the day.

Winston Churchill once said, "I was not the lion, but it fell to me to give the lion's roar." It's a good reminder that there are times when we don't feel very brave that we still must be brave. It is often the case that in making the decision to act bravely in our trying circumstances, we inspire others to bravely face theirs.

Jesus is a good example of this. He valiantly faced death and all the fears that go with it and in doing so gave us hope that we can be courageous when we are confronted with fears of our own. John Wayne put it this way, "Courage is being scared to death - and saddling up anyway."

May God give us valor to face what scares us the most. May he bring peace to those tossed by the raging storm. May he give new hope to those who have lost their own. May he shed his light on your dark path to reveal that it still leads to him. May God bless all who are facing the worst that life has to offer and may he give you the courage to saddle up.

I seriously need corage to face the day!

Are you strong enough?

O my God! This morning, I read on Ephesians Chapter 6 and it appeared again on my blog as the bible verse of the day. What a coincidence??

Yea, maybe I'm emotionally strong but it's not that easy for me to handle a lot of pressure.I was worried about pressure...no I shouldn't!

I need strength! more strength to endure difficult task. eheh! There are many kinds of strength. But the most important one is the strength I need in the Lord. True Christian strength is not of the body. True Christian strength is of the spirit, measured in faithfulness, trust, and perseverance. By Grace we live by Faith.

The spiritual battle-"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand."

Ephesians 6:10-20

I want 2b STRONG! The spiritual battle can only be won, first of all, by putting on His armor. In order to be strongand to fight the good fight of the faith,

must put on faith, righteousness, and salvation.

must use the gospel with is the Word of God

and last, but not least,  must pray.

God speaks

When I think of the wisdom and scope of God's plan, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will give you mighty inner strength through his Holy Spirit. And I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts as you trust in him. May your roots go down deep into the soil of God's marvelous love. And may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love really is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is so great you will never fully understand it. Then you will be filled with the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now glory be to God! By his mighty power at work within us, he is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to ask or hope" (Ephesians 3:14-20 NLT).

Lives

Our lives are like a river. The rolling waters of the river flow, Where they end up, We will never know.
It's God's plan you see, Not to tell any one of us That when it's over, where we'll be.

Jesus loves me!

Mark 10:13-16: “People were bringing little children to Jesus to have him touch them, but the disciples rebuked them. When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it." And he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them.”

The truth of Christ’s love for me is simple to say yet difficult to believe. It takes faith -- faith provided by God. The term “love” evokes a relationship, commitment, devotion. The lyrics of the song even tell Christ’s faithfulness: “Jesus loves me still today” and “Walking with me on my way.”

For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered." No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:35-39).

THANK YOU!
